Return an item within 30 days after you receive it.
We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Email contact@lance-pierre-chasse.com with your order number before mailing an item. We will provide the return address and instructions.
If an item is wrong or faulty, tell us the order number, describe the issue and send a photo or video where possible. We will review it and explain the next step.
Refunds are made through the original payment method after the return has been processed. Bank processing can add time after we issue a refund. Exchanges are available only for a different size or color of the same style, where that option exists. To choose another product, return the original item and place a new order.
